14. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments for House of Aya services can be made by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), bank transfer, or cash at our location.
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include all applicable taxes where required by law. Online payments are securely processed through an authorized payment platform to ensure the safety of your transactions and personal information.
15. SERVICE DELIVERY
House of Aya provides wellness services including yoga, Lagree fitness, meditation, and relaxation therapies.
Reservations are confirmed via email within 24 hours of payment. Participation in scheduled sessions requires proof of reservation confirmation. The current schedule is available on the website or upon request by email or phone.
16. CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, although the session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a completed service, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or telephone. Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days using the original payment method.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding services purchased online, customers may use the alternative dispute resolution procedures made available by the competent Romanian authorities or the relevant European online dispute resolution platforms.
